How long do Countryside Candles products burn?

My candles and wax melts are designed for optimal burn times. Typically, the candles offer 2-4 hours of fragrant enjoyment, while the wax melts release scent for approximately 8–12 hours per piece, across multiple uses.

Are Countryside Candles products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of my products are proudly cruelty-free. I am committed to ethical practices and ensure that no animals are harmed in the making of my handcrafted candles and wax melts.

Can I have a personalised candle made?

What type of wax do you use?

I use high-quality, sustainable soy wax, Rapeseed and coconut wax or Gel wax in all of my candles and wax melts. This ensures a clean burn and excellent fragrance throw, making your home smell wonderful.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to me. If a product is faulty, I will cover the return postage costs and offer a replacement or full refund. If you are unhappy with the scent and the product has not been lit, you may return it at your own expense. Refunds will not be given for products that have been lit unless they are faulty.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 7–10 working days for delivery. I carefully handcraft and package each item to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

How do I care for my wax melts for the best experience?
To ensure your wax melts last longer and burn safely, please use a correct burner designed for wax melts (electric or 2–4hr unscented tealight burners). Do not overfill; use 1–2 pieces only as wax expands. The scent lasts 8–12 hours total, reuse until the smell fades. Cool fully before removal; warm for 10 seconds to easily pop out. Always use on a heatproof surface, away from flammables, never leave unattended, and do not add water. Store in a cool, dark place in a sealed bag/box, away from heat/sunlight.

How can I best store my Countryside Candles?
To maintain the quality and fragrance of your candles, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This helps prevent discolouration and preserves the scent for longer.
